- A full refund will be offered if the digital product is materially different from its description, or if a technical fault prevents access within 48 hours of purchase.
- Because digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, refunds will not generally be issued solely on the basis of a change of mind once access has been granted, unless required by applicable law.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
4.2 Online Programmes or Subscriptions
For subscription-based or multi-session programmes:
- A full refund will be offered if the programme is cancelled before the first session or scheduled delivery commences.
- Pro-rata refunds for unused sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act where a service fails to meet the guaranteed standard.

4.3 Refund Processing
